Using the Site
You may use the Site for your own personal purposes. Please do not:

Free chapters and other free material
When you ask for a free chapter or other free material, we send it to you for your own personal reading. Please do not share, sell or republish it. We may change or withdraw a free offer at any time.
Coaching and other services
If you work with us on coaching, consulting or another paid service, we will agree the details with you in writing before you pay, including what is included, the price and how either of us can end the arrangement. If you buy a service from us as a consumer without meeting us in person, for example online or by phone, you normally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. We will explain this when you book.
Copyright
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, book covers, extracts and frameworks, belongs to Agilistix Ltd or the people who license it to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view it, and print or save a copy for your own personal use. You may not copy, publish, adapt or sell any of it without our written permission.
No professional advice and no guaranteed results
The Site and its content are for general information and education. They are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Results from books and coaching depend on many things, including your own effort and circumstances, so we cannot promise any particular result.
